Kinda before after pic thing... first one is at 36-38% bf, the others at 13% bf? i think....
http://www.wallachdg.com/beforeAfter.jpg
these are more recent, about 10.5%, but again a guess...
http://www.wallachdg.com/inGym.jpg
will pop some more this week, took my three point and tape test yesterday morning, 9%... maybe a little less

literally LMAO!
Thanks, all, it's stil funny to look back at those shots... i have some of the uber fattiest of the fat in my boxers doing quarter turns.. shudder.. but the damn images are on a drive that went belly up (did i just type that?) and i need to get the drive recovered...
to answer: it took 18 months and a week or there about to lose 100lbs of fat and two lbs of LBM... i was down to 209 at that point and had some images from then.. just not sure where they are... the shots in the Gym are at about 218 after i had started a lean gaining phase for some personal best attempts at squat and deads wich i did last december..
There really isnt a downside.. i guess that 10.5% guesstimate is wishfull thinking.. i havent had a three point test done in a while, so my estimates are all site measurement based.
I would love to see what 6% looks like just once.. gonna recommit and try and get there....

NOBODY kicks ass like you.

well... time for an update, i s'pose.. went up to about 231lbs while training nasty heavy for a while, back down to 220 as of yesterday (when i took these two pics) on my way down to 200lbs in the next work phase. I really want to do some xterra/adventure racing and need to fry off some beef to make that happen...

thanks nubes!
maccer: basic calorie cycling, three or four days pretty low, mod day, couple days low, one 'reward' day which turns into a cheat meal more than a whole day...
about 10x bodyweight on low days,12 for mod, 15 for high days... have done everything from bodyopus, anabolice diet, mr. Xs fatfast, basic hard core keto diets but have discovered that the cycling works best for me....

Hey LD,
It does, my pro stays the same throughout, for the most part, and i adjust low days to lower carbs and slightly higher fats, and my high day is VERY high carb and as low as 15-20% fat at the highest...
Sassy has a GREAT cal/carb cycling post over at EF, i will dig it up for ya...
