I have been meaning to do this for a long time but I think I have been hesitant ever since I saw someone else post their pic and be asked if they even lifted weights! Well I'm over that now so I decided to give Ulter a pic to put with my football picks.

I am 6'2 currently around 230 lbs (227-230 depending on how much I eat that day!). I have really only been lifting again weekly for the past 5 months or so. Before that I was off and on and before that I basically took about a 6 month hiatus from the gym (graduation depression http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_razz.gif ). I havent done a cycle in 2 years and when I did I was more complete. Now I basically work out to try and get in shape going about 3 times a week to do chest, back and some light legs. I do not do arms or shoulders currently and I havent done arms in almost 2 years actually. I used to go all out but when I was 236 and fairly lean I wasnt happy because I couldnt do what I love and that is play sports, even though its recreational these days. I will probably try to ramp up my training within the next year sometime. I dont take any supps right now other than vitamins and I dont get to eat nearly as much as I would like because of budget constraints. As soon as my situation changes I plan on going all out with everything and I expect drastic changes.

So here I am fresh out the shower:

I will try to get a front pic sometime soon. I was going to but my battery died on my camera last night!

Looking good. Nice base. Looks like you have a good V taper. Hit the training hard for a couple months and repost some pics.

2nd what Jonny said. We get about 2 pics a year http://www.anabolicfitness.net/smileys/tounge[1].gif

I remember how scared I was when I posted my first pictures. It's liberation isn't it?

Your V taper is impressive. The spinal erectors are developed which I might attribute to sports (you have to have a strong core). Keep working and eating and don't be afraid to gain a little belly to put on more muscle.

Good job. You are building a solid foundation.

Take Good Care,

You've got good symetry and a good base going. Keep progressing evenly and you'll look fantastic. I thought about posting pictures of my fat belly but since I haven't shaved it in a month I'm afraid it wouldn't have it's normal luster. http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Thanks guys, I appreciate it http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I wanted to post pics now because I plan on getting lots of supps and going all out into the winter. I hope with my new dedication that I will see great results and then I can post some good "after" pics. I have been trying to not take anything to learn more about my body, that way when I start to add the supps I can tell what works and what does not and what I respond to the best.

You do need some work with your legs and back, but they are not too far behind. You've got damn good symmetry and aesthetics. You know how some physiques are just easy to look at? You've got that look...I'm sure the women agree on that one.

And you don't even train delts!!! I hate you, mickey. http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

Thanks PA, that means a lot coming from someone who I know has an awesome body from what I have seen in your pics.

And like CG said, it is liberating to finally post pics and have people accept you so you feel like you are on the right track.

The thing is I know I have great potential its just bringing it all together to finally get things moving. When I had the money to do everything I didnt have the time. Now I have the time but not the money. All of this should come together this winter and that is when I will start to get serious.

PA you will probably really hate me when you realize how little leg work I actually do, probably 1 exercise a week. My legs used to be really good but with the long layoffs I neglected them. They grow really easily and doing legs is my favorite thing. Something about feeling like you are going to throw up for 8 hours after that has me wanting more http://www.anabolicfitness.net/smileys/tounge[1].gif They actually got to a point where they were a lot better and bigger than my upper body and I was looking unbalanced. Well, I'm acting like I was big or something like you guys http://www.anabolicfitness.net/smileys/lol2[1].gif I mean unbalanced for me.

My two biggest weaknesses are my chest and my calves. My chest has good shape to it now but it is because of fat/gyno that wont be there when I eventually get it removed. When I get a battery for my camera I will share.
