You look great killer. Freakin lean, Nice delts, chest and lats to lend to that V taper, good work.
Its nice to finally put a build to the name; its not a face, but it will do.
Its funny, but when you mentioned your wrist and ankle measurements were about the same as mine, I kinda belw it off. I'm surprised how similair our frames are. Origin and insertions, muscle bellies, and skeleton are pretty similair...even the narrow tall face and cool haircut http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif. Your pics are like seeing my potential.
Congrats on the hard work. Now eat some cheeseburgers.LOL...

That is really a great look, bro. Very impressive development all around, and terrific definition. Now I know why your training advice was always so right-on!
My advice to you is: Keep doin' what you're doin'!
Be well, bro.

I agree with everybody else here KILLER, you look FUKKENKILLER!
Man, even though it is a little messed up, that 4th picture where you are indoors is the best. You looked really full and lean in that pic. Bigger as well. Was it the lighting, or was it taken at a different day???
The only weak point I see is calves...unless the pictures don't give them justice.
Everything else looks really proportionate. Just keep doing what you have been doing as BJAARKI mentioned, as it seems to be working quite well.
You look a lot better than I do right now, that's for sure.
What are your stats???
Good Job man!

That's my boy!!!!
Glad to have you back. Hope the vacation went well.
The pics are awesome bro. You have very nice proportions. Killer went through some things that most people would have just given up getting lean. The fact that you look that good shows how dedicated you were to getting lean. And you told me you were holding fat. WHERE?
The calves need to come up a little, but they will. I will send you IG's calve routine. It's a killer (Pun intended) and you will hate him for it. When doing that side chest shot, push your leg to the other forcing the hamstring to it. It will make your leg from the side appear bigger.
You really have a great physique. Really asthetic and pleasing. You look awesome bro.
Take Good Care,
Cg

Thanks for all the replies. http://www.anabolicfitness.net/smileys/elephant.gif
The pics were taken on the same day. The ones inside I do look fuller and bigger(lighting?). But the person taking the pictures left the flash on and it bounced off the sliding mirrored door to my right.
Stats
Height: 6' 1/2" Weight: 207
3 point skinfold
Pec: 5mm Stomach: 11mm Thigh: 5mm
Supposely = high 6% (I just use for reference)
Measurements (upon waking, not flexing)
Neck: 16 3/4
Chest: 46.5
Arm: 16
Stomach: 34 3/4
Quad: 26
Calf: 15 3/4
I want to say for all those that compete kudos for being able to hit a pose without a mirror. I felt lost in space.
Need to work on the calves, big time. Look forward (or maybe not) to the routine CG. I also lose the most mass there when dieting. Need to work on hams and arms too. Basically, all my limbs challenge me. It took forever to put even a little size on them. When I first started training, they were like sticks http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif
I wanted to be leaner that this, but outside influences pushed me to cheat a little to much. Basically the 5 weeks before these pics I pretty much just maintained http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
Flash, us small jointed bros have to stick together (especially ones with cool haircuts). On a side note, I was training one day and Ronnie Coleman came in. I swear, his wrists and elbows where as big as my knee joint.
Recovery has started and I am going to try to keep my stomach skinfold below 16 and try to gain some quality lean mass.

Your tri's should be bigger than your bi's, and your delts could be a bit bigger, your calfs and the rest of your physique from what I can see look symmetrical.
