Marky looks pretty good! No legs, but that's true of 90% of the picture postings here. Look at how the veins stand out on his shoulders--if he got really ripped this could be scary.

THANK YOU MONSTER! HEY! Its me. The shot i meant to include has the legs but in a previous situation i had to crop for pixel space. Yeah, this is just me these days by the pool. 205lbs 12%bf as best as yet wo help. Sooooo ready for my next cycle! Fall cant come fast enough. I just want a free summer if you know what I mean.

You look much bigger than 205lbs.

Give or take 5lbs. When i lay out i always lose a lot of water and get real veiny. Ive been as high as 240lbs but i never bulk very high mainly cause its damnhard for me to keep weight on. TGFinsulin. Best thing ive found for HOLDING weight and even gaining some

Last measured and its been a while-legs 26, arms 18.5, waist 32, neck 19.5. Have had bf as low as 6% for a comp but then i over dieted an fell short of the middle weight so at lt heavy i wasat a real disadvantage

How tall are you?

Don't let what you cannot do interfere with what you can do.

I don't know if it is the lighting or what, but you have some kick ass forearms bro!

Thanks bro.Your not the first to tell me that. They and my traps seem to grow with anything i do. I dont even work my forearms, they respond to the serious squeeze while supinating during any dumbell curls. Incline curls are the key for my forearms. They kill after a set along with the bis. I look a lot different during a full cycle. Ive just been trying to stay somewhat sized and lean. Man do i ever have to train different being off so long and still maintain some quality size. Its not the dieting thats hard.

Yes I do have a problem withroid gut, never used gh. Problem im sure comes from all the protein bloat but also my upper abs get a better wkout cause of my lower back. It gets better as the summers move along.Ive used ginger in the past to help, but it always becomes a deal when dieting and not bulking, weird. Oh and ill take the Ronnie Coleman or Lee Priest gut any day with the total package.

Heh heh, no doubt!

I had a bit of protrusion (very minor) before I ever used gear. I attribute it to that fact that I did mainly heavy squats, deadlifts and a lot of fairly heavy olympic-type lifts in the beginning... I also attribute my thickness to it, so its a fair tradeoff!

No Doubt at bout that!!!! Goin heavy has its price. Remmber Vassily something or other from Russia that cleaned 1200lbs? That gut was NOT fat.
