A few quick notes here.
This is me today, July 3rd 2003. I weigh 175 right now. Obviously I have had no sun for some time, even though it is hot here now. I will get a tan soon enough.
I'm not dehydrated here, and I would guess that if I dehydrated for an actual shoot I would be about 172. So I lost some muscle somewhere, and I can tell you exactly where.
I have been off since just after Easter, and the pics I last posted I weighed 177, but I was on. So I lose about 5 lbs when I go off, and I gain roughly 2 pounds a year.
That's WITH steroids. So right there you can tell I am the classic hardgainer.
As you can see, I still have a little bit of fat right around my lower abdominal area. That doesn't really come off without strict dieting and cycling, and I had to cut the cycle short so I am not dieting strictly because I do not want to lose too much muscle...you can see that I am skinny and I do not want to get skinnier.
I took my bodyfat best I could and the calipers suggest between 7 and 8 percent. This was done at the gym, actually, but I think its a pretty close measurement...I would guess closer to 8 than 7.
Now the first pics I ever posted here I was about 6%, just a tad under (not a legitimate 5% but close) and I weighed 169. So we see that I have not really gained any weight at all in about two years, because if I were to go to 6% I would have to lose about 2 or 3 pounds of fat, putting me at about 172 or 173, and then take away a couple of pounds for water, and you get, what, maybe 171 shoot ready? So 2, maybe 3 pounds in two years?
SLOW.
However, we have to take into consideration that I was ON in all of my other pics. So maybe we could say 6 pounds, because on I am a few pounds heavier and I look a bit tighter.
Strength wise, I have gone up a little, but not really anything worth mentioning. Maybe gained a couple of reps here and there. Again, when I am on I am really quite strong for my weight, but off I am still looking at about 285 max bench and 335 max squat, somewhere in there.
Anyway, I had Ulter put these up to sort of update the thread I stopped around Easter (with that hilarious pic of me holding water and weighing 185-ish) and also because I have not shown my legs and I get emails asking about that. That's also why I posted the bi pic...people email and ask about my arm/shoulder development.
Well, you can see that my arms are quite well developed, but also quite skinny-ish. Right around 17 inches flexed, maybe just over. Skinny, but in all truth my arms look pretty good in a T-shirt--the skinniness sort of adds to the look of strength in a strange way.
So there ya go folks. I will dry out and post so you can see the difference.

Looking good..especially in the pic w/ legs since it shows your overall all symmetry/proprtions. Can't wait for the pic of final product...a while back you posted a photo shoot pic of yourself which looked preattyfukkenammazing.

So are you going to finish off cutting with no gear now?
I'm looking forward to seeing you after you get rid of the water aswell, I hope you post some details of how you achieve that for the shoots.
Like the others said looking good, Fonz motivated you didn't he?

You’re absolutely right. When you’re cut like you are your arms look much bigger. I’d say it adds one to two inches. (visually)
I have a good friend who has a build very similar to you except that he is 6’2”. His body-fat is always around 5-6%. His arms look bigger than mine, but when we pull out the tape measure, my arms are actually a full inch bigger. All this guy does is run 3-5 miles or sprint every other day and then do dips, chins, shrugs and squats on the other days. It’s also funny when you refer to yourself as skinny because he always says the same thing. You look good man.

Look good man, but I don't see the fat you are talking about in the lower abs. Did you use a microscope? What kind? http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
