View Full Version : Here's my weak pic

This is what I currently look like. It's pretty good considering where I was at in Feb. A little background for those who don't know me too well. I had surgery last August for a compound fracture in my hand, that required surgery and rehab. I was unable to lift upper body for several months, stopped cycling during that time, and then went through some personal problems that kept me out of the gym for basically 6 months(except for the random trips here and there for cardio). In feburuary I got back on track and went from a scrawny 185 to a semi respectable 215. My chest is my weakness(but I'm going to focus on it and make it a strength) and you can see I have a tiny little lump on my left side that I'm trying to keep in check with aromasin and now arimidex(I figure if I get my chest bigger it'll be harder to notice, I'd like to get to 225). My abs and love handles are horrible as I've upped my calorie intake but am going to work on cutting them up here pretty soon. I'm 5'9, 215 have no clue on the bf%, your guess is as good as mine. Constructive criticism is alway's welcomed.

Seems like EF doesn't work for up-loading.
I know for a fact CEM and Fitness Geared do.
Send the pic to ulter and he'll host it. He was gracious enough to do it a few times for me already.

OK, I can see it know.
You have some serious delt development man. I'm talking stratospherical...same with chest.
You're at about 11% maybe less. Judging by your abs.

Are you very sunburned or is that just the lighting of the pic?

I'm a little red from the tanning bed last week but not as bad as the picture makes it out to be. The exposure makes me look like a tomato.
Yea fonz, I figured I was somewhere in the 10% range. I was bloated in that pic cause I ate an enormous amount of chinese food last night, I actually should have taken the picture this morning cause you can actually see the abs, but all in all that's pretty much what I look like.
Just thought I'd post it for the hell of it. I've looked better before, but this is the best I've looked in the last year, It's taken me a lot of dedication to back in form. I would post my pics of what I looked like in Feb but I'm too ashamed to even want anyone to know what I looked like then.

Corleone, even with the detailed improvements that you mentioned you want to work on, you are still looking great bro. Probably better than 90% of theguys on most 'net boards.

Hehe.........
I use oxsolaren for tanning........I get tanned 4X as fast and for 4X as long, with less than 25% UV exposur, compared to somebody just using crems.

Damn bro Look'n good,
Your shoulders look great, it looks like they maybe the culpret in your problem chest (which isnt bad at all in my opinon). Your shoulders maybe getting the majority of your work out when working your chest. Perhaps switch your grips and postions. In your sport tho your shoulders are important more so then your chest so maybe keep on doing waht your doing.......You look great bro.

Hey Fonz, are there any other names oxsolaren go by?
I searched on google and got five sites....three were from ************ :-p
Oxsolaren is from the class of psolarens. Its german manufactured. Only one person carries it. If you want the addy e-mail me.
Its fairly cheap. $250 per 50 10mg tabs.
You only need 20mg per session.

Artisticly speaking that pic is weak. Wheres the focal point? whats it saying? How does this convey an idea or emotion. It doesnt speak to me.

Dude, you look great. Thats about waht youlooked like in your fight pics from a year ago If Im remembering correct. Your chest is the only difference I can see.
If you continue fighting and have a boxers fracture again have it pinned. Thats what I did the last time I had it and I could take a vic and do any movement I wanted. It hurt, but I was able to bench. Pressing movements where generally possible, but pulling required use of straps because I had no grip strength.

Damn! You are looking great man! Your shoulders and traps are just sick!
I'd say you are slightly below 10%.
What is in your arsenal as of right now, as far as AAS go????

You look great Corleone, but you should know that.
I was also wondering what does your cycle consists of?
Corleone

Thanks guys!
I started lifting hard again in Feb, but didn't start the cycle til March 17 if my records are correct. It went like this.
FROM MARCH 17 - MAY 12
100mg/qv prop/day
50mg reforv dbol for 3 weeks, then lowered it because of high bp down to 25mg for another 3 weeks for a total of 6 weeks of dbol
375mg qv deca week
MAY 12- CURRENT
50mg tren ed
375mg qv enan eod
Nolvadex, Aromasin and Arimidex throughout, though I've tossed the nolva, ran out of Aromasin, so it's just good ole arimidex holding me though for now. Also Bromo and other random vitamins, glucosamine, etc. . .
I plan on ending the tren ace/test enan cycle in mid July and hitting 30mg denkall anavar(as I've heard good things about it), for 8 weeks, then starting back on something else.
This is as long of a cycle as I have really ever done, but felt like this was the time for me to go all out because I've never been this motivated. I really feel like getting my body in the best shape I can and am really going to devote the next few years to get into competition shape. Whether I ever compete is a different story because I prefer athletics over strutting myself in a thong but if I get the desire I may just do it. I'm a competitive person, about as competitive as they get so maybe I'll decide to enter an amateur show just to see how I stack up, but if I do it'll be a while because I have a lot of work to do.

Hey Corleone, I was doing that same exact Fina/enanthate set-up as you are currently doing. It kicks ass. From ~December to the end of January was when I did it. My nips were constantly sore until I used Letrozole, which is just awesome. In fact, it works too well and drastically cut my sex drive off.
I had to quit due to a very hectic semester of school though..http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
Plus I ran out of fina http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

You look great man. Abs, traps, delts, arms. It's all there and looking good. I think the pose flattened your chest out slightly, but it is there too.
I have to admit that I thought the color was off on the picture when I first seen it. http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
All your work has sure paid off.
