Never mind......I hate F**king computers and because of this I will throw my monitor out my window, piss on it, then scream the F-bomb as loud as I can directed towards the house next door. My BP is currently 190/98 I think.

If someone knows how to do this feel free.

THANKS.

Don't hate computer. Computers are your friend. Embrace computers.

Email me the pics and I'll put them up for you.

Don't blame the monitor. . .it's the computer's fault.
Direct your wrath at the big gray box! I hate them too!

Thanks for posting these Ulter.

I'm 21 years old.

I'm 5'-5" and around 178-180lbs right now.

Hoping to add about 30lbs in the next 5-10 years.

I would like to compete if I could put that weight on.

Good job Bro.

Very thick. I also think it's reasonable to add 30lbs over the next couple of years. At 21, your muscle has not reached it's full maturity yet. That's hard to believe by the looks of your physique.

That is damn impressive. Good job indeed. You look much more than your 180.

Take Good Care,

If you have the legs for it, you should start competing now. Get all the kinks worked out before you move up in weight classes.

I dont know what your back routine looks like, but you might look at bringing up your erectors and getting a little more drop into your lower lats.

I great package in any case, though!

Heh heh, when I saw the first two pics, with the black and white and the wainscoting and the paisley wall paper, it reminded me of some photos you might find in the attic in a box of a grandparent or something... I dunno, just kind of struck me funny.
(can you imagine seeing a picture of your grandfather as a bodybuilder? lol)

*sigh* Thank you. After yesterdays "unpleasantness" I was beginning to give up hope on the younger crowd using gear. Youve restored my faith! http://anabolicfitness.infopop.net/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

To answer juicestudents question I have maybe gained about 2 to 3 pounds since. The last pictures are from almost 2 years ago. I was 175ish in the last pictures with almost identical conditioning. I think I look better now but the more I think about it I should have gained more.

2 years is a long time and after realizing this I have decieded to fully get my shit together. A shoulder injury did have me sidelined from January until April but its no excuse. Its war from here on. I'm not getting any younger.

If anyone can tell me how to gain the next 30lbs or so I will clean your house for you for the rest of your life. Thats how bad I want it.

Well, if youre getting to the point where the gains are real hard to come by, even with gear, youre at the "turning point".

When that point comes its time to realize that "lean gains" are not a reality anymore. Youll have to push your diet to the point where youre willing to sacrafice some leanness to get bigger...
