I'm 6-1 and 221 pounds right now. In the pictures I was pretty lean at 209. 51 inch chest, 17' arms, 18 neck. I was not on any heavy Androgens at the time of pictures. Was using low dose oral Winny and Ox. In fact the pictures were 3 weeks after discontinuing everything.
I'd appreciate the critiques. I can add another 10-15 pounds of skeletal muscle but that's it due to my professional obligations.

Nice job...once I get off my lazy ass I will hopefully be able to my abs leaned down like that. By spring if my plans play out.
Recomendations:
You might want to try to add a little size to the traps. I love huge traps. I want mine as big as possible. Everything else looks well proportioned so just keep adding quality mass and stay lean.

Tony, your drug choices are just right. I wouldn't devate much from them. You look pretty good and you probably don't have to worry about fucking yourself up systemically. Should you desire a little more mass, Enanthate and nandralone combination might work even better for you.

Yeah bro, you look damn good. I would hit the forearms more, we are about the same size, I'm 6'1.5 and 220-225 depending on how many carbs I've eaten that week. I'm working hard on my FA right now, my traps are smaller like yours, but that's okay b/c I don't want rediculous traps. Keep up the good work, you look like you are a stickler for keeping things in balance. How're the legs?

lookin tight and getting thick bro if the quads are in check you have some potential down the road as a middleweight. I don't know if your competitive but you could be in short order from what I see.Always hit the back hard and heavy cause a lot of overall thickness will develop from regularity. Chins OARs Barbell rows and of course deadlifts plus your favorite finishers of course. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Keep training hard bro your lookin good!
