Try baking it with olive oil and add some mrs. dash seasonings to it, chicken flavor, lemon and pepper...you can mix and match the mrs. dash, makes it taste real good....try the tomato basil and lemon and pepper and your chicken will taste similiar to shrimp!

Go find some of the Lawry's marinades in bottles. Carribian jerk, tequilla lime, chipotle, a million good flavors. If you have a little time and want some nice, juicy chicken, do this:

Put 4-5 (still frozen if you want - if they separate) pieces of chicken in a pan you can bake, add 1/2 the bottle of marinade and 1 & 1/2 cups of water and bake for an hour at 425 deg. The juice it makes left over is WONDERFUL on brown rice and veggies.

Super easy....

*edit* My store sells them near the condiments and taco seasoning packets

chicken cutlet. (chick parm)

brush thinly sliced chick-breast with EVOL, coveer with bread crumbs, place on baking sheet and throw them bad boys in the oven at like 420 until cooked. I like to put some marinara sauce and loow fat mozzarella on them and place back in oven until cheese is melted. great low fat chicken parm.

Here's some quick simple tips I use..
1. Cut the chicken into 1/2" pieces (bitsize). Spray pan w/pam (or use olive oil) and Stir fry chicken.. you can sprinkle w/a little garlic powder, pepper, or ginger to taste.. then add a little cut up carrots, celery, green peppers and/or mushrooms and a few dashes of Kikkomans soy sauce (best tasting).. Stir fry for a few more minutes then add brown rice and a few more dashes of soy sauce. You can also scramble and egg or two and add that if you have time. Easy stir fry, tastes good.
2. Buy some Garlic herb or Parmesan crusted Shake N Bake. Lightly coat those breasts w/it and bake for 20 min's. Warm up some of your favorite bottled marinara sauce and pour that over the chicken and some whole wheat pasta. Start to finish, ready in about 20 min's.
3. Boil a few chicken breast... when done cut them up or shred them, then add the chicken to pot of water, chicken bullion, noodles and cut up veggies of choice. Chicken soup.
If you have time you can get alot more elaborate, just google chicken recipe idea's.
Also, throw in some lean red meat (96/4 ground beef, sirloin, eye of round) or fish (talapia, orange roughy, tuna) now and then to break the bordem up.

You'll love this one, put it a pyrex dish with some oilve oil, salt and pepper and bake in the oven until it's done.

Truely a gourmet meal, enjoy with some low sodium instant chicken gravy :x

Ken's and Wishbone have lines of super-lo calorie salad dressing sprays... like 10 sprays = 10 cals. They make just about anything edible, from dry chicken to dry tuna.

Probably not the answer you were looking for... but at the end of the day, I have no interest in being creative with my food unless someone else is doing it for me

anyone else just eat the same thing over and over until it's done?

I'll defrost 4lbs of ground beef, cook up some chili and eat that for the next 6 meals.. repeat with chicken. Really can't be bothered with variety these days
