hey,

i use to be extremely overweight when i was younger about 5' at 230 lbs, i believe i was prolly 13 then. I was down to 160 within a year or so and now im 19 been working out insanely hard past 5 years or so and currently am 6' and 190 lbs with a decent build, i don't know body fat. I have really good abs but some extra skin remains and keeps them from looking as good as they could, I try to keep a pretty good diet, I'm not the person to count everything I eat but I do make sure I eat healthy. Ive spent so much time working on toning but still I am not able to get rid of the extra skin over my abs, and other areas of my body. I dont wanna have to get surgery, anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks
Dave

As far as I know if it is excess skin and the amount is to a point that it won't tighten up by abdominal development,Then I think surgery is the only option.

One of my best friends had the surgery and doesn't regret it. Skin after a while will lose elasticity if stretched too far for too long. If you have a lot of extra skin (my friend had a couple of lbs worth) you might want to look into surgery if it bothers you that much.
