Default Curious George...need some help

CG you wrote on here or the Anabolic board once about the differences between muscle growth and bodybuilding and powerlifting. You broke it down pretty specific. I can't for the life of me find that post now. It is not the post that you wrote in for Swole2112 at the bottom of this forum either.

Anyway, I was looking for it because I am having this running debate with my father who thinks that everyone should be using kettlebells for training and anyone who pays to go to a gym and do other exercises is a dope. He has a hard time grasping the concept that you need to do other stuff to get bigger. Me, being almost 25, wants to still look good and get bigger but be functionally strong at the same time. He, at 53, wants to just be functionally strong. You broke this down really well once and I was wondering if you could either help me find it if you remembered the post or write something up. You are much wiser than I so that is why I ask

I'll poke around and see what I can come up with tonight.
