Oh my Lord! Did you see how many sets he did for the low box? We better not let joe see this or he's going to get ideas to try this crazy stuff.

Seriously strong fella, but I don't think I could do that volume without about 10 more years of training. I get winded after 10 reps.

Ah as Monster and I were discussing yesterday CG we have something else instore for you! We were discussing interesting stuff yesterday and since a lot of ideas are tossed around on sunday that you may have to forfeit your rights to chose what your going to train to Monster. Hehehe!

Enough kidding aside this guy's training volume is huge. My hats off to him, obviously he has found what works for him. I feel a need to work on more muscle endurance. Inspiration indeed!

Hey....I called monster yesterday from the gym and had Ron talk to Monster to verify that I indeed was at the gym. The shake machine was whirling and everything.
