30 something, 6' and 193, BF unknown (not too fat).
1RMs
Bench 245
Squat 335
Deadlift 425
Workout for 3-31-08
3 circuits:
Rowing machine level 10, 800m
Run 400m on treadmill, 1% incline and 9mph
Bench 135 for 20 reps.

Push Ups - BW x 10
Box Jumps - 30" x 10
Floor Wipers - 135x10
Diet not exactly on...
8:00am Chicken chili 40p/42c/6f
1:00pm Turkey Sandwich 20p/45c/4f
4:00pm MRP 42p/24c/2f
6:00pm Chicken Fajitas 35p/60c/10f

DB Curl-then-arnold press 30's
dont remeber the last few days, I know I played with my kettelbel, road my bike... and today I did 30' of Intervals on the spinner.
