I'm on a pretty decently heavy cycle:
Eq:800/wk
test:900/wk
tren:900/wk
deca:100/wk

And when I run, I get shin splints (they feel pumped, as do my quads) and lower back pumps. Also...I think my foot turns outwards when I jog. Help!
I'm in good cardio shape, but can't friggin run...I get pumped and sore before I get winded!

this happens to me after about 4-6 weeks of tren. thats why I dont like tren for athletics. Try dropping the tren for 2 weeks and see if they improve. EQ could also be the culprit, But I have had personal experience with the problems your talking about(from tren).

I also have heard aspirin can reduce pumps by thinning the blod and improving viscosity. I'm not sure how true it is, but the advice comes from a former MTB world champ.

I suffered a lot with shin splints.
My recommendations would be :-
Run on a softer surface whenever possible;
Ensure you are wearing the correct running shoes for your running style. You may well suffer from pronation or supination....I'd need more details to tell.
Build up the muscles running along the front of the shin by holding a weight on the bridge of your foot and doing "toe raises". This will help to compensate for the increased calf growth which often contributes to the problem.

You only go round once....so you may as well go round with big arms!!

Hook,

Have you increased BW alot (fast)or holding water?

The summer before my senior football season I was eating like a horse, lifting heavy and using test, so I was putting on weight. I would get such severe muscle spasms in my shins that I would have to lay there in agony for a while. Eventually they just stopped.
