I have not worked out seriously for about 5 months and not at all for the past two. I'm trying to decide what type of program I'm going to follow (1 musc day, Doggcrap, etc) this time around.
How would you suggest I get back into it? Should I begin with full body workouts for a few weeks with high reps or what? Obviously I'm not going to try all of my 1R Max's but how should I ease into it?

Thanks.....

the key is easing into it. i have seen you asking questions lately about anadrol and tren, just be careful about using those too early, as they could lead to injury quite easily after coming off a layoff. my .02

Like Hulk said, ease into it. Do the exercises you like to do the first week to get your motivation back. Start adding things that you are weak at in the next couple of weeks. Give yourself about 3-4 weeks to acclimate your body back to training. Remember, your CNS also has to adapt, not just your body. After the 4 weeks or so, start to push yourself a little more.

Take Good Care,
