has anyone use this?

i tweaked my rotator cuff a bit, and im thinking of using this device. I have never done rotator cuff work before...just too lazy and dumb at the time to do it...not its not an option...

Save the money and do a search here on rotator cuff exercises. Plenty to chose from. That device just makes the external and internal rotation movements strict (no cheating), which you can easily do yourself.

man i feel myself and killer answering all the shoulder questions. lol yeah those things are pretty much a pain in the ass. they limit motion as he said. not to mention you will look like an ass and feel uncomfortable. better to rehad and as always be careful, you dont know how vunerable the shoulder is to injuries until you have a bad one.
