Default Back Pain

I can honestly say I didn't do anything that should have made my back hurt.

I finished my show (off from gym, cardio for three days prior) and Sunday, no problem, Monday, no problem. Tuesday night, middle of the night my back started hurting a bit. Flipped the mattress on Tuesday night (back didn't bother me all day). Middle of the night Tuesday I woke up with a lot of pain. It's definitely "tight" muscles. Not sure what they're called (not the errectors) but it's on either side of my back and it's the muscles that "pull" when you bend over to touch your toes. They are excessively stiff... it's very strange. I've tried doing a bit of stretching by trying to touch my toes but it doesn't seem to help. Tuesday night I put a heating pad under my back and the pain subsided for the rest of the night. It was a bit sore during the day yesterday. Last night, I put it on my back the entire night but the pain didn't completely subside this time.

Is there any known connection with clomid therapy and back pain? Just an idea...

Default Fianlly Subsided

The pain is mostly gone now but it's still a bit sensitive. The heat helped a lot along with Ibuprophen (made a world of difference). It seems to slowly be returning to normal, but man that was really strange...

Thanks!

Mister B. - I had the similar problem as you, I was doing calf raises with 400 lbs, and pulled a muscle in the middle of my back, right of the spine, well this was nagging me, so i went to see a chiropractor, he fixed it a bit, then put me on theraphy machines, and I guess that those machines jerked my muscles even harder which caused me pain, at the time I was on a low carb, moderate fat, high protein diet, this pain persisted over a week, I was sitting at work thinking to myself why this pain didn't go away and then it hit me...I had to EAT, so I did, i took four table spoons full of flaxseed oil before sleep, and ate a meal consisting of about 72 grams of protein, a mix of, whey, casin, and meat proteins, I chose this because of differen't absorbtion rates and each source has its benefits such as meats and zuo nutrients...As well as bread, and some other carbs, I went to sleep and did this for about three days, the pain is now gone, and I can safely say that I credit it to my change of nutrient intake, hope that helps out.
