Hey Brothers!

I have a quick question that I am a little unsure about...I have had a nagging pain in my bicep that seems to be irritated whenever I perform a lift that requires me to lift the weight with my arms (just about every upper body lift) - So I have tried lowering my poundages, taking a week off, deep tissue massage, etc. all to no avail in eliminating my problem. Now I'm starting to worry that I'm losing my gains from my last cycle because of this.

I have read the posts about injecting anabolics directly into an injured muscle to help in the recuperation. But what I am unsure about is that I just finished up my HTPA recovery and was getting ready for my next cycle to start in about 3 to 4 weeks. So...should I just tough it out until I start my next cycle, or should I do 2 weeks of IM injections with the fina that is left over from my last cycle? (even though I don't have any anti-E's on hand)

Any help would be greatly appreciated bros.

... where Killer, Twisted Steel and some other knowledgable guys are sure to see it and help you.

It sounds to me like you're still aggravating your injury by trying to work the bi, not lose your gains. My instinct is to try to study the injury in the gym - find out just which lifts aggravate it by trying them very light, find out which ones seem okay. Then, layoff the troublesome ones for a long while. That would help a lot more than site injections of a steroid.

But, again, post this in the other forum. That's what it's for.

... Then, do what you have to do.

Bjaarki is right, more info needed. What movements hurt it the most? Does it hurt more with palms up, palm down, or palm neutral (hammer) curls? Does it hurt on any stretch? Is the area point tender to the touch? Does the area hurt when turning a doornob? Does it hurt before, during, and/or after activity? Any injury to the area before? Was the pain gradual onset or one episode when it started?

Answering these questions will let us help you more effectively.
