Default Help w/ my split please

Currently my chest, shoulders, back and legs are far superior to my tris and bis. My current workout split is as follows:

Mon: Chest/bis
Tue: Legs
Wed: off
Thu: Back/Tris
Fri: Shoulders
Sat: off
Sun: off

I would like to somehow bump my tris and bis up to 2X/week, and see if this helps. I still want a couple of days off for recovery.
I'm on 600mgs/test 25mgs Dbol and slin post workout. Currently 5'11' 191# 12%BF

Any ideas?
thanks,
GJ

You probably already do this, but try working your bi's & Tri's first during a workout when they are not prexusted for chest and back. Good Luck
