Does anyone recommend them?
I've heard 2 sides: super-set all of the time or only super-set once in a while. Does it matter at all, i.e. muscle gain or fatigue? I did a search but couldn't find any relevant information on the subject. Thanks.

I don't think it hurts to do them. I do them every once in a while but only because it's fucking exhausting. I love feeling the pump in both bi's and tri's....it makes your arms feel like you're walking around with cannon's!!!

It was bi day and my workout partner and me were bored with the usual variations of curls. After our 3 sets of standing straight bar curls we were determined to mix it up a bit. We took a curl bar and loaded it with a weight we could get for 10 reps semi comfortably. I did 10 reps handed him the bar for 10 reps and just kept handing it back and forth with no rest (except while your partner was doing his). We did this until one of us could not get 2 reps. We did this twice, first I did inside grip and he did outside, on the second set vice versa. Our 1st set went something like this 10,10,7,6,4,4,4,3,3,2,2 fail.. Thankfully we work out in a small gym because when we went to change we had to help each other take off our shirts, our arms were spent.
