Just curious. I have concentrated on powerlifting that past 9 months after switching from a more bodybuilding style approach.
I follow WSB pretty strictly. I also am trying to lean up at the same time, so I throw in some cardio and eat cleaner.
LIFTS ~230lbsBW 18%bf 5'7" currently
Bench 345
Declin Bench 375
Shirted Bench N/A (yet)
Squat ~385
DL ~425
Have had to lay off the gym recently due to school and moving, so Im prob at about 80-90% of all those lifts at the moment. Will order my own equipment soon to lift at home, expect to see a large increase in those numbers by Christmas.

WOW that is very impressive. Ive never seen nor known a woman that could do over 135 on the bench.
Your DL and Squat is just as awesome as well.
You are a BB competitor correct? Ever do any PL meets? You follow WSB or your own style?

I have been powerlifting for 3 years now and iam currently at
800sq
625 benchh
575 deadlift
i weigh in compettion at 242lbs. I am currently around 250lbs.
My bench is ranked number 1 in the country by the APA. I hold the Florida State record in the APA, and the APF.
I compete in the APA, APF, and WPO.
I also follow WSB training. Just switched my bench to WSB in June. BUt been squatting and deadliftng WSB since Jan 2002. I like it myself. Definitly find things that need to be modified for my lifting style. But i think thats what WSB is all about. Makng it fit into your training. Good luck!

I'm a wuss.LOL although my squat is somewhat respctable at 345; and pwerclean at 185. I have no idea about deads, and my bench hasnt cleared 225 thanks to shoulder problems and a torn head on my right tri.

I train with kinda mix of both BB and PL styles.
Here's my best lifts at 5'11 225lbs.
all of these have been done during a workout with no more than a belt or knee wraps
bench 425x1
Squat 565x1
DL 525x1
Also, I have been doing reverse grip bench for my triceps with a narrow grip. I have pushed 410 after only 6 weeks doing these. They really feel great on my triceps.

At the gym I lift at, we had a little powerlifting competition for the heck of it...anyways, I deadlifted 455lbs which was quite an improvement from the 410 I pulled in the spring. Next spring I would like to be up to 480 or so. My squat was 435 and my bench was way too pathetic to mention.
I am really happy with this since my bodyweight had droped about 6 lbs the last week before to 208lbs. I am 6'3".
Not in the same league at all with you guys but..
This was about 2 months ago. I have not lifted in 2 months since the gym I was attending closed and I have not really lifted since.
~Oct 2002
Bench : 285 X 5 reps
Squat (just to parallel): 365 X 15
Straight leg deadlift : 275 X 7
Military (not a powerlift but I am including it) : 235 X 5
I never do singles as I am scared of injury. I have severe degenerative arthritis of the lumbar spine and have blown a few discs so I am scared to do singles.
age 41, body weight at the time 218, % bf 12%
Now 2 months later 205, probably 17% body fat. Its 11:00 PM and I just got done eating 3 pieces of Hershey Bar pie. They close the gym and I go to pot.

I got started in powerlifting but havent really done so i years.
im 5'11 220 lbs at 9%,
i dont really max out anymore cause i dont really care how strong i am but here is an idea.
bench 315*6
squat 455*6
Dead 550*4
all i use is a belt and wrist straps so i have no idea really what my maxes are, especially if you add a shirt or suit and knee wraps in the mix.
1stRule: Show Up!
2nd Rule: Squat!
I have never used a shirt either. I really want to try it. How dorky would a guy look if he brought a shirt and had someone help him put it on at the gym - especially if he was just some old fart lifting for the fun of it?

billy i have seen exactly what you are referring too. When i was in college, granted a much higher percentage of people seriously worked out at my school than most, but these two guys would come in and put this shirt on and no shit, it would take them like 5 mins to get it on and looked like it hurt like hell, get under the bench do one rep and take the damn shirt off, another painful couple of minutes, sounds like a waste of time to me, but im not competing. all i have to say is if you do that shit, you better be big as shit, or already be that retard in the gym that people laugh at anyways. lol
1stRule: Show Up!
2nd Rule: Squat!
