First, I want to welcome all of you to Anabolic FItness and especially to the training and rehabilitation forum. I go by Twisted_Steel and work as a full time strength and conditioning specalist (CSCS) certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I am primarily responsible for training "Special Populations" and young athletes.

PLEASE PLEASE, do not confuse any suggestions made by myself within this forum as a diagnosis. I am not a physical therapist (yet). I will not purport to know with any certainty what you might be facing orthopedically.

Thank you all and I look foward to the conversations to come.
