It seems as though every day there is a member injured and trying to work through it. We have a couple very well educated members who have agreed to moderate this forum for us (Killer, GymRat??? and Twisted_Steel) and to help those in need answer some of the questions they have about their injuries, the treatment they are getting, and how to deal with the training aspects of safe recovery.
This should also be a great forum to discuss new or different types of Training programs that may help members get past a plateau or just to try something new.
