My legs are very strong and i have never had an injury there from heavy weightlifting.
Of course i go to a concert a couple days ago. I got SEVERLY dehydrated, and at the end i was in severe right calf pain. i stretched and it went away. I was walking back to my car and i felt such horrible pain and fell to the ground.
Its very tender when touched. Its very stiff and hurts when getting up from sitting.
Did i tear something or is this just a muscle pull?

Did you do something specific to your calf? Any swelling or discoloration?I'm a little concerned because a bloodclot has symptoms similar to what you describe.

jumping up and down like a retard. I lost 7 pounds of water. Im on test e 600mg ew,tren a 150mg ed, ec stack, t-3 100mcg ed, and took a 150mg shot of test suspension before concert. My fault for not getting some water.
when i stretch my leg out, it hurts right in the middle of the calf.

Souds like a minor tear. Ice it for a couple of days. If it discolors it may be lower than where the pain is, due to gravity.
