Hi! My name is KRok(for purposes here). I have been living with TD for about 5 years now and we have been engaged for three now.(marrying later this year). Living with TD, I've administered injects and basically lived the "hardcore" BB lifestyle without engaging in any hormone therapy myself.
The time has come where I "think" I've become educated enough to try some Ox and low dosage Test cream to build and harden up at the same time. I've been training hard for about 4 years now with Tony and have taken myself to about 15% bodyfat from 26% when I started. Living with Tony I'm not worried about knowing "what to do" or "how to eat and train"..but I don't know what to expect side effect wise regarding dosages I expect to use. This is why I desperately seek your advice. I'd sincerely appreciate your candor and knowledge. I'll shut up now and basically state what my goals are. I'm currently 30, 5-4 121 pounds at 15% or so. I have a bit of a tummy and some upper tricep flab. Everywhere else I'm lean including my upper abs. I'm currently using 5mgs per day of Test cream(RX from Doctor)and want to begin to use low dose Ox. My worries are: 1)Screwing up my fertility. I want to have a kid or two within the next five years. 2)Permanent side effects that are undesirable. 3)Water retention or bloat. The 5mg Test Cream is slowly but surely helping me. I'm stronger and I've experienced very little sides(other than some increased agression. My libido hasn't increased like I thought it would though..;-) What would be a good dosage starting point with the Ox to avoid the undesirable above mentioned sides? How long should I try the dosage before making a decision as to it's usefulness. I'd appreciate your collective wisdom on this matter. Thanks. KRok

I'm currently taking 5mg a day, 2.5 am & 2.5 pm, of tt ox. No sides, and I've been getting really good pumps at the gym and have gotten a little stronger, nothing great. I have been at this dose for two weeks and on monday will bump up to 5mgs twice a day. I was advised to start with low dose and see if I had gains at a lower dose before going up to a stronger dose. Everyone is different and where one person wont have any sides at 20mg another could have sides at 5mgs. Hope this helps. Oh and make sure you take before pictures, I didn't and wish I did, just something to compare to.
