Default Phenyltropic PPA W/O the Asprin

We didn't give it a fancy name like "some people" but it is the same product. Ours is much less money than the "other guy's" but you will have to buy your own asprin if you want it. I tried it and I like it a lot.

There is conflicting evidence whether aspirin is effective- seems to only have effect in very heavy people or in very high doses (which is why topically it may have some effect) but it is certainly not effective at 40mg- the dose that is in the mass quantities PPA- I have no idea why they even put it in there.

BTW - I have sampled the AF product, it is by far the highest quality NYC product I have ever ingested. That is out of Phenyltrop,ADIPO, and PhenylXL.

The variability in response to aspirin with the EC stack now seems to be due to distinct genetics variants of the one of the G-protein beta subunits (beta 3 for you science nerds). What this means for the lay person taking thermogenics is that, short of getting a genetic test, you might as well take the aspirin if you tolerate it well. It may be working for you, and it won't hinder fatloss. In general aspirin is not indicated for combination with PPA since PPA is a relatively weak beta agonist. In other words, I would use aspirin with an EC stack, but not an NYC stack. So stock up on AF's NYC and don't bother with the aspirin.

Definitely before meals. About an hour before would be ideal. First thing in the am of course. The fat-burning effect diminishes if your insulin goes up (like after carbs), but the appetite suppressant effect will still work for ya.

YOU CAN TAKE HALF, QUARTER OR WHOLE TABS EVERY 2HRS- additional yohimbine, which I think you have on hand , would be beneficial.

geeze mac, between the pills, the tons of added caffeine i have in my blk coffee (alot of it unfortunatly) topical yohimbine and my normal state of controlled chaos i would be off the walls!!!!lol
how many pills should i take? took one at a time yesterday and they did not bother me at all. no bad reactions at all. i don't seem to get alot of cns stimulation out of stuff. too thick headed i guess! lol
but the added yohimbine, is that topically you are referring too?? or orally?
