Default hips and thighs

okay, my fat loss is going along quite nicely (well except for a few slip ups) But it seems to be coming off of my upper body, waist, everywhere but my big ole' irish hips and thighs. I am so concerned that i am going to begin to look un-proportioned. at least when i was a bit heavier it was evenly distrubiuted fat but what happens if it doesn't come off my hips and thighs fast enough??? I'll start to look like a freak!!!!! I am using yohimbine HCL but i think unless i sit in a bath full of it for a few weeks it's not going to help enough. this is the only place that i am really not happy with. ya know the usual women fat!!!!!!!!! [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif[/img] [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif[/img] any suggestions?? more cardio maybe?? i've been lazy and not doing it in the morning every day. (maybe i should get there and do it) usually its been 3x's a week for 45 min-hour.

a couple of questions

1. are you on the pill? and if so which one?
estrogen content is important

2. how much yohimbine are you using?

3. what carriers are you using?

1.nope not on the pill any more been off for 2 yrs now. i was on it for 8 yrs. i have an IUD now, non hormonal
2. i am using a 20mg scoop 2x's a day
3. and i am using asper cream with aloe.
this is very stubborn fat. i haven't been able to kick all of this for as long as i can remember. it's always been here. i do have crappy genetics too. if you saw my obese relatives you would cringe. they are horible.

hey girl I AM the queen of Hips and Thighs! I have never met another chick my height with thighs "even if they are muscle" as "strong looking" as mine. I can tell you the thighs for me are always the last to go. Long after everything else has slimmed down. We are talking several months after! In the mean time, do as I do, wear things which tend to make your body appear more proportional. Sat night I wore a dancer type tank top which was snug at the waist with straps that sat high on my traps. This made my shoulders look wider and in proportion with my hips which were wearing cute black stretchy shorts and strappy shoes.

I wasn't feeling that great about myself that night but to my surprise, I had numerous compliments on my legs from bouncers at the door to even these 3 lesbian chicks (who by the way, my husband was completely intrigued with through that whole conversation and scene! men!)So while waiting, just play up the good parts and play down the rest! I prefer optical illusions! Don't worry it will come off! [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]
