Default Question from the wife

My wife occasionally asks me about using "something" from time to time. She recently experimented with some 5mg winny tabs. She made some good progress with those but started to experience some abdominal discomfort or cramping. She says it's in her kidneys. (more likely her liver?)
She only went up to 2 tabs per day.

Is there something with the winny or perhaps the fillers/binders in the tabs that could cause this?
I tried these tabs myself and they didn't bother me.

She liked the results and would like to try something else. I know one way around this, but she is very apprehensive about injections. Any suggestions? Do you think she would have the same problem with any oral? (For example, split a d-bol tab -gasp- and take 1/2 morning 1/2 evening)

I take 10mg/day of the Zambon out of the amps. I use the Tyler Liver Detox and I have had no problems with any cramping. In fact I have had no sides at all, other than my voice just a little. Dbol is a little much though.

Default more info

When she first described her discomfort to me, I suggested that she increase her H2O intake. She said that she did and the "cramp" was still there.
She did not take any milk thistle or other liver-detox type product. Perhaps I will suggest that and she can try them again. Otherwise, she had no adverse side effects.
Thanks for the help!
