Default Rate of droping bodyfat %

What's the max. rate i can drop bf% per month. And at what intensity (ie: cardio 6 days/week with weight training)

An ideal goal for me is ???

I'm around 17% (i know it's high) and 6ft 170'ish

I'm eating high protein, about 2700-3000 cal's a day and all my fat comes in the form of flax seed oil....

I have been able to lose 1% per week in the past using diet, cardio, and Oxandrolone to preserve muscle. The only fat burners I was using were a little Hydroxycut and coffee. Of course I'm a smaller person than you at around 130 lbs. Bodyfat is a ratio between your muscle/fat so on each person it will differ. So like, if you diet and lose only fat your percentage will drop faster than if you lost fat and muscle.

My diet was about 50p/20c/30f using no starchy carbs and having 1 cheat meal per week.

For faster results there are other fat burners you could add that I didn't use like DNP, clenbuterol, or yohimbine. I personally can't stand the shitty feeling those supplements give me. T3 works well without bad sides but you should use it combined with AS to preserve muscle.

1% seems to be the rule of thumb. lose slower to preserve more muscle, faster if you don't care about muscle preservation...of course this depends on certain similar factors, ie diet and training.

take care,

so 1%/week is the rule of thumb? Can this be achieved with just cardio and dieting or are you guys talking about with help (clen,T3,EAC...)? What if someone is just starting cardio it's not going to come right away is it??

Another question i had was regarding calories... whats the rule of thumb here for maint/fat loss??

thanks alot!
