Default Here ya go Baaad quality cam pics

Before looking I apologize I don't have enough space in my room anymore to get a whole body shot so just imagine my top and bottom picts are attached! Also I included my before pict from a year ago so anyone who hasn't seen it will know where I started from and that I am making some progress.
I really really need to drop more bodyfat. You can't even tell I have tri's. They are there just under the 2 inches of hanging arm flesh! Will this come off when I lose more bf? I'm getting worried. My arms are my worst problem. They don't do what I tell them.

Tnhey you have made fabulous progress. The tri's can be a "trouble spot" for many women. That whole female fat pattern thing. Of course when your bf drops you will lose bf all over - but the arms will probably be the last to get as lean as you want. (For me its my thighs and knees). Its going to take time and patience (and training and diet) more than anything. Your traps/delts are looking really good. You have great muscular genetics!1

So patience is MOST important...but you might try topical yohimbine too. I'm seeing some progress on my knees using it.

Keep it up woman!

like fatboy slim said, "you've come a long way, baby"

i wouldn't worry too much about the tri's....you are your own worst critic. i don't see much there as compared to anywhere else on you, and that's a good thing. you have very nice legs! i'll bet the gymrats give you compliments on them

you have great basic genetic shape, and there is much more to come.....keep going, you're doing some high quality work!

take care,
PA

Yeah, I don't know what you're talking about. I don't see anything "hanging" off the bottom of your nice biceps. Can't tell for sure without a good tricep pose, but I think you're doing GREAT and should just keep moving forward. Don't know about yohimbine injections, but topical would certainly be worth a 'tri'.

Tn - I wish you lived close to me because if you did I would:
Grab you by the hair
Shake the shit out of you
Smack you in the back of the head
Toss your silly ass in front of the mirror and say
CAN YOU NOT SEE HOW MUCH PROGRESS YOU HAVE MADE???

I am getting ready to try the topical Yo too, at least you only need it on your tris, I'm needing it from my belly button to my toes!

I agree with everyone else, what the hell ya talkin about....your fucking hot!!! Obviously whatever you are doing is working. I agree with the topical yohimbine application. It should be very effective in hitting those A2 receptors in the tri's. Again, you look great

Very Nice progress....you should be proud. This should be inspiration for you to keep plugging away. Anything you arent satisfied with, plug away at 10 times harder and the results will come!

Fitnesschick-I owe you gratitude for the delts! You told me almost a year ago "Work on those shoulder!!!" So I did and thanks!

Temple-Your aggression is beginning to worry me!lol

Daeo-It's not that I'm down on myself just as you all know I could have made so much more progress had I not gone half ass all this time. Starting and stopping-donuts-no donuts-cupcakes-no cupcakes gosh it's like a rollercoaster.etc etc.

Lobo-It's half and half! half lat half fat!lol

I want this topical yohimbine. Someone please share!

Default re

My stats are 5ft2 in the a.m.( spinal compression plus exhaustion kicks in by the p.m.then 5ft1)

I'll 32 here shortly with 3 children ages 7,8,10. I'm at 130-131lbs right now. I haven't had my bodyfat tested recently.

My goal is 120lbs. 16%bf. At 16% I should be amazingly stout. My abs are really showing now and I am a ways from 16%. I am one of the lucky ones who look like they have a lower bf percentage than they actually do. I think under 16% would look very bad on me.

I have a strange way of training as well. Of course the past year I've trained everything at about half ass but I become obsessed with 1 body part at a time and work that part in a somewhat excessive manner compared to the rest of my workout until it is where I want it. This keeps me in some odd way from being overwhelmed with trying to improve everything at once!lol I started with shoulders which were non existant(very bad pearshape body)and have moved from a small to a large in all my shirts from nothing more than increased delt size. Etc etc. Arms are the obsession for the next few months and the hardest I am saving for last MY ASS! I hate my ass!lol Thank God it's in the back and I don't have to look at it on a daily basis!

Thanks you guys!
