hey, No haven't done it yet i have a MRI appt on friday morning and i don't want to do anything that might alter the results. I want to know exactly what is going in in there. The doc seems to think it is a herniated disk which is pressing on a nerve causing all the pain. so there don't seem to be a whole lot of things to do about it unless it is really bad and then they would do surgery so after the MRI if i don't get some good ideas of what to do about the pain i will be giving the ole' deca a try!!

sorry i haven't been around, they had some dumb asses here over the weekend and they messed up my cable modem. frickin' people!!!
also i have been feeling really guilty about not going to the gym. I have been out for a little under a week now. I just can't seem to the motivation to go, knowing that i can't lift and i hate to do cardio! what a dilemma!! so i feel really fat and lazy!!!

Hey Blue!

Hit the pool sweets! Nice gentle low pressure work out...It'll keep you in the swing of things and take some of the pressure off the disk...
