HI AGAIN IT'S JUGGERNAULTS WIFE...I AM ABOUT THE SIZE AND MASS THAT I WANT TO BE AT BUT I NEED TO START TO CUT IT UP,,,WHEN YOU WORKOUT WHAT ARE THE REPS AND WEIGHT RATIO THAT YOU USE TO START GETTING MORE CUTS? AND HOW SHOULD MY DIET CHANGE? I HAVE NOT DONE THE CUTTING THING SO ANY HELP WOULD HELP....THANKS IN ADVANCE...

lobo as far as chemical free, i just finished a cycle of winny and eq..I have got good gains off it but I am not very cut so I want to change my routine to help with that..I am not planning on taking anything to cut with maybe a e/c/a stack...as far as diet,it's good.I eat plenty of grains and protein and rice, yams that kinda thing but what I need to know is that do I cut down the amount I am eating? I have picked up my cardio exercise alot more..thanks

Just cut back on your carbs, especially in the afternoon and evening. Try substituting fibrous vegetables for some of the grains and yams, especially later in the day. Assuming your protein intake is high enough, try cutting back on the carbs by 125g per day. This is effectively removing 500cals each day. I like the basic formula of 1.5g protein per lb, and 1g of complex and fibrous carbs per lb, plus a couple of tablespoons flaxseed oil. Divide this over 5-6 meals, and eat your last meal at least 2 hours before bed.
