Default need AS advice for wife

Hi I need some advice for my wife. She is only 5'2" 145lbs. I am planning on starting a cycle and she thought it would be best if we did one together since we do workout together. I've already know what I am going to take but for a female beginner I don't have a clue. She just wants to tighten and tone up. What do yall suggest that she start with? Any suggestions will help.
thanks

Default Sounds like she needs to cut down a bit.

What's her body fat %? I'm 5'2" and 145 sounds like it could be high. Does she need to loss some fat? Need more info here. I go 122 at 16% at the moment.

Default Woman Begginer

Why would you start her on A/S if she is a begginner. Give her a chance to obtain the most she can naturally. I'm 5'2" and weigh 128 at 14% b/f so I would say that if she weighs 145lb I would guess that her body fat would be kind of high. So before you start her on A/S she needs to be on a good clean diet for a while. This is key. You have no idea how much change she will see naturally with a good clean diet and good heavy lifting. If this is NOT in place for at least 1 year before taking A/S she will NOT obtain the results she is seeking from A/S. A/S is not a miracle drug.

I know this is NOT what you want to hear. But, if she does do a cycle and she has been training for a short time, she may end up with unwanted sides that are permanent while the little gains she will make will be temporary specially if she does not have the training and the diet in line. Why would she do A/S if all she want is to gain some muscle and "Tone up" as you say. This can be done relatively easy with a clean diet and good training.

Just my .02

Default

I would suggest a very nice clean diet, intense heavy weight training, and some patience for 1 year to eternity. You will both be stunned by the results!
