I went stomping around the search on elite and couldn't find the posts on what happened for you and what the cycle looked like...do you by cahnce have it? Doing a bit o'research to decide between yohimbine, t-3, big fat eca stack or DNP added about halfway through this cycle...thanks... [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

I'm back. I was camping and I still smell like campfire after several showers.
Kaizen My first DNP cycle last summer was very simple. 1 200mg cap at 9pm every night for 8 nights. I did not restict my diet in any way. I ate whatever I felt like eating within reason. I did very little cardio that wk and still lost 7 pounds I believe. My weight did go up while on the dnp due to some water retention but that water and the 7 pounds came right back off about 5 days after my last cap. I had a headache the first 2 days and experienced only slight sweating in spurts. In general I felt o.k. The last cycle I did not long ago gave me every symptom such as neon urine, headaches, swelling, but no sweating what so ever and I increased my dose by an extra cap eod. No weightloss either. No one can give me any reason for this. What most like to do is 8 days on, skip 7-10 days, 8 days on. Same dosage. My husband also has done 2 cycles recently at only 200mg/day which was only half of what he should have taken for his weight yet he lost a total of 12lbs. on both cycles combined with minimal sweating. He lost several inches around his love handles. He hasn't been tested yet but I KNOW he has lost an amazing amount of bf around his mid section. His waist is down to 36 inches from 40 inches 3 weeks ago. (I measure the widest area near his midsection) Hope this helps tn [This message was edited by tnheygirl on 03-17-2001 at 09:21 AM.] |
