Default Congratulations

And what are you eating that your body fat went down almost (2) two points in one week. I've been dieting for three now and have only managed to get it down 1.5%. So what are you doing RIGHT.

Very interested.

CONGRATS!! What are you competing in Sept? That is quite a ways away....I wouldn't worry to much about keep bodyfat real low this soon. I don't know what your goals are though. But those are some great results!

That is fantastic! I agree with everyone else...whatchya doin' to get these results.

I have to say though Sept is a ways off and I would caution on "peaking" your shape too soon. After all if you get your bf low enough to compete you will have to maintain it that much longer! Unless you are taking it down now to see where you are at and then going from there?

Hey everyone!

Well I just started going back to my nutrition person and when I went back I was at 12.03% and I was maintaining that myself... Then I was just not eating enough. I'm on a cycle of 50mgs of Deca and 100 Primo per week. The primo has REALLY helped me a lot w/ getting hard. Its amazing stuff and the Deca is putting on the size. I'm incredibly happy w/ everything right now.

As for peaking too soon... If I was just maintaining 12% on my own I'm not worried about getting too lean before the show. He wants to keep me lean year round so I will have no problem dieting for precontest. I mean if I'm at 10% now then I'll be able to compete at 6% easily, I'm sure...

As for eating... I'm eating EVERYTHING. O-M-G! Its absolutely crazy how much food I feel like I'm consuming in 1 day. I'm 20 (WILL BE 21 NEXT MONTH! WOOHOOO!) 5'4, and as I said 146 lbs, 10.63% bf... I'm taking in on workout days now 260 grams of protein and I think 166 carbs. Non workout days I'm doing 195 of protein and 120 carbs and either way 18-20 grams of fat which I usually don't come close to (because all my food choices are pretty lean) so I'm having to add in more protein bars just to get my fat intake high enough...

My choices of food have been for proteins: canned chicken (just because its faster/easier for me), isopure shakes (both zero carb and meal replacement), protein bars (anything from premier 8, met-rx, solid protein, pure protein) Lean body shakes.
For carbs we're keeping bread in for now because I still have a while before REAL precontest dieting starts. So rye bread, some bagels (just to get my carb intake high enough, potatoes, grits, sometimes an apple if I'm craving sweets). Stuff like that. But I'm usually ok w/ my cravings because the protein bars really really help me out w/ that problem.

The show in Sept. will actually be my first show! I was going to do one last year but could only get my bodyfat to high 11% naturally... It was crazy. So now I've learned and am doing great! My goal for this year is to just qualify to nationals and then go from there. I would really love to get my pro-card but thats talking longer term. But if I'll only be 21, THEN I'VE GOT TIME!!! Thanks for the posts everyone!
