Default where to look

I see that there is alot of info out there but i was wondering if someone could take the time to specify a little more, what i have read so far the woman have been much bigger than me height and weight I don't have much fat at 5'1 110lbs but not enough muscle I looked in the archives like I have been told and read alot but there is so much info. I know I may have to gain some to get more muscle but what is the right diet to start with????

Default What does your diet look like?

What are you eating and what type of work-out are you doing?

Yes, we need some more info to better help you. You should be eating 5-6 meals a day. Consuming 1-1.5 grams of protien per lb. Post a sample diet and what your workout routine looks like as well.
