Default DIET

I am 5'1 110lbs female starting winny and keep hearing how important diet is,and I am sure it is,I don't want to get huge like the pro's (not yet anyways) but what some good moderate size muscles and burn some fat so any suggestions on extras to use and diet would be so helpful I am new to this, my husband isn't but I want a womans advise...thanks in advance Mrs..juggernault

Take a look at the replies to a similar question that I asked under "free room and board", the answers are from guys but IG was involved in building one of the most beautiful female bodies I have seen so far aka Fitness Chick. She has also very generously posted a day in her diet so take time to read it. There are alot of very experienced gals here but don't discount the info you will get from the guys.
