sodium is probably less than 1000

chicken breast large (50g protien)/wholewheatpasta w/ ground turkey/salad w/tomato

1/4 cup almonds

1 serving anpb

1 cup kashi cereal with 10g fiber/13g protien/30g carb only 6 sugar, 140 cals

today was
30 minutes cardio

chicken/salad/whole wheat pasta

Are you eating that cereal before bed (i.e. your last meal of the day)? If so, I'd replace it with a protein/fat meal. No carbs at least 2-3 hours before bed, coupled with AM empty stomach cardio works wonders!!

Overall, the macros look good. Be careful not to jump straight from 4000 calories immediately to 2300. You'll stall too quickly.

i changed it up. im attempting to follow that guide that was just written on here. only having carbs now preworkout, post, and 1 meal after pwo shake. then it'll be all protien and fats. last night i found something that works to keep my appetite down at night. whey isolate chocolate with anpb mixed. i get so fucking full. so in middle of night i had a little bite, teaspoon of pb and went back to bed. yesterdays macs were 2500 cals/ 80 carbs/ 110 fats/ 280 protien

i quit the carbs before bed. i know that's a nono, i was wondering if i hit them a little before bed though if it'd keep my appetite down during middle of night and it didn't help much. i gotta suck it up.
