Default Ok, Im here...

Well, its good to be back in the discussion board business after my little lay off.
Lobo has assured me this board is more selective and can assure me I am not... lets say "harrased" for lack of a better word.
Its good to see familiar faces. I know with WarLobo here we're in good hands, and if thats the Ulter I think it is... well I think I can relax over here. (Dont think Im forgeting you FitnessChick and Blackhaus). Ulababe I dont know, but if shes up in the ranks of the rest of you, she must be OK!

So, lets catch up on what insanity Ive been up to...

Im on week 4 of an 8 week bulking cycle. 1000mg of sustanon a week (no orals)for 4 weeks, then ride out the last 4 with prop and the deesterification of the sustanon.
I was down close to 230lbs, and Im back up over 250 now. After this Im taking 4 weeks off and then jumping into an aggressive cutting cycle.

I wasmessing around with yohimbe HCL, and trying to make it into an injectable, but I could never be 100% certain of the absolute sterility of it for injection, so I said forget it (abcesses... yuck)my last idea is an autoglave for it, but Ive got my hands full with other projects.

I found out Ive got cartilage deterioration in the fingers of my left hand (there goes half my love-life ), but arthritis meds will take care of it.

Other than that, just heavy as hell training, and eating like a M.F.er! This cycle has seen me SHATTER my own personal best records for weight in the gym in almost every area! (I inclined the 140lb dumbells at last!!!) So all in all Im damn pleased with myself.

The wife has been going to the gym consistently with me for a good long stretch now, and is putting on a lot of quality muscle, so much that other people are commenting.

I went over the musclemag onlines board briefly, but didnt feel they were into the kinds of posts I make (like my insulin primer for instance). I made one post called "Theres no such thing as overtraining", and I think only 1 or 2 people understood the spirit of the post (the rest took it too literally, and knit picked it). That kind of soured me toward boards for a while ...

Well, that about brings you up to speed on my glamorous go-go life! Hope to talk to you all and mabye even say a thing or two to make you think

You certainly were missed. And that Elite board really started to take a dump right around the time you left. I definately see the correlation..
Glad to have you back! You always provide great info with a killer sense of humor.

Ahh, its nice to be back! I missed all of you too, sorry I didnt keep in touch more.
(hey Tnhey, cant return an email huh? )

IG: Sorry, I dont have that post. I was coming off the top of my head as I wrote it and never cut and pasted it anywhere to keep. I hope Lobo has it...

Well, its good to be here. When I get a minute I'll copy that "No such thing as overtraining" post I made and cause all that rukus with. I think this may be a more receptive crowd!
(Plus I got one about the joys and benefits of getting fat while bulking kicking around in the back of my head. I need to pop a ritilin and try and focus for a minute to type it out for all of ya')

Well, the gym calls, and I must answer its sweet, painful siren song...

Yep... Im back, and ready to roll. I havent been posting much because this OA in my hand is KILLING ME! But Im going to the doctors tommorrow and probobly getting Celebrex for it, so I'll be good to go then!
I may have found someone that had kept a copy of my insulin primer, so I hope to repost it (and have a copy to keep!)
I'll put up the post I mae at Musclemag that caused so much rukus. I thnk the crowd over here will be more receptive and a little more of a mind to understand where Im coming from...
Well, thanks for making me feel needed, and get ready for an onslaught of my strange and controversy inducing posts
I love you guys...

I have posted a couple of replies to this thread. This is another attempt. Cross fingers, hold breath. Basically, if Monster my ex-fiancee-turtle cheese cake-chocolate lover is here, then I'm in too. Elite just doesn't feel the same without the old monster around.
