Default Fitness Chick-Could You tell me one day of your diet?

Since I have been working hard and am finally approaching your "before" pics, I feel like I am making progress.
Could you tell me what you eat in a normal day. I am curious if I am eating the right mixes. I have a real problem doing enough protein.

Okay, sorry for the delay......here is a sample...

AM cardio on an empty stomach
Meal 1- 8 am-7 eggwhite omlet with salsa and 1 cup oatmeal(old fashioned quaker oats)

Meal 2- 11:00- Whey Protein shake with 1 tblsp of crazy richards all natural peanut butter(need the fat)

Meal 3-1:00- 2 grilled chicken breasts with 1 cup of steamed broccoli and 1 cup of brown rice

Meal #4-3:30- MRP(low carb)

Meal #5-5:30-One of my healthy recipies---lately I have been doing this one a lot- mix either 1 pkg of cooked ground chicken breasts, turkey breast or 93% lean ground beef(once well drained), with about 2 cups of brown rice, seasoned with chili powder, salsa, and optional steamed broccoli, for a pretty tasty healthy meal.(plus leftovers!)

Meal 6-7:30- Either another omlet with diced chicken breast or ground chicken breast, and salsa, or a grilled chicken salad(about 2 breasts).

Meal 7-10:00-Whey Protein shake with 1 tblsp c.r.peanut butter.

Hope it helps....not the tastiest in the world, but it works!

Kids don't try this diet at home.....That reads like the cutting diet of the biggest guy in the gym (who also holds the national open heavyweight men's title)! Props to you FC for being able to eat that much and still lose fat.

Thanks for the menu FC :-)

Yes, one must keep in mind that FC has more muscle than the majority of women on this board. Though the quanities of food are not listed, it is more starchy carbs than I am able to eat and still lose bodyfat. My precontest diet is similar minus the rice and minus 2/3 c. oatmeal. (I carb load for one meal every 3 days.) I have 120 lbs. of lean muscle and can only do around 2000 cals/day if I want to lose fat in a timely manner. Of course, I feel like shit most of the time :-(

The portion sizes will need adjustment for an individual with less muscle mass but with these food choices you should see changes and still feel good.

Basically the big difference between our cutting and bulking diets is the frequency of our cheat meals our counted protein intake stays about the same (450-500grms) for me 200 to 250 for her.

Then we throw in lots of Boston Market . Which by the way has just come out with a new dessert menu which I think is just wonderful, and really makes a great caloric buffer.

A little off subject IG but just out of curiosity how does the average overweight American react when they are sitting next to the two of you at Boston Market while you plow your way thru these meals for 12??? I'm sure they don't say a word but .....?????

It not a meal for 12 people. Its the Boston Market family meal for $11.95 which includes 1 whole chicken and 4 sides.

Plus I got a $2 off coupon which makes it $10 and change. Really not a bad deal and will feed 2-3 people or 1 Iron God easy. Great for after work out munchies.

Funny how I find myself getting up super early on Sundays and clipping the BM $2 off coupons out of my neighbors news papers.

I really don't pay attention to peoples reactions to myself or FC when eating, I might choke .

Default IG , Hehehehehe....

"I really don't pay attention to peoples reactions to myself or FC when eating, I might choke ."
That was good!!! But I'm even more confused! I can't seem to get the fat down to what I want, and I can't get the size I want to my legs. I think my diet is very screwed. I have been doing 1200 cal a day. 159Gr Prot., 51Gr Carb and 40Gr Fat. I'm getting very frustrated.
So I should be eating more, and still losing fat??

Definately eat more...try the 1700-1800 range with a couple of high carb cheat meals a week. I like 40/30/30 ratio but some prefer less fat and more of 40/40/30.

And maybe I'm strange but FC's cutting diet sounds very comfortable to me and what I'm used to eating...

Default I'm back to this topic.

I have cut the fat and carbs way down again and increased the protein...Low and behold...2 weeks have gone from 25% BF to 16%. Now that's some incentive. (Couldn't be any help from the Deca).

Now if I could only get some quads and hams goin on!

Default Actually my carbs are higher!

I am doing about 90 grams of carbs but all fibrous and complex. I have incrased the protein to about 180 grams. Doing no fat. It's working. Eating more and losing the body fat!
