Default PROGRESS REPORT

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT KNOW ME. YOU KNOW THAT I HAVE BEEN TRAINING MY WIFE SEINCE THE FIRST OF SEPT. SO I THOUGHT THAT I LET YALL KNOW HOW ITS GOING. SO FAR SHE HAS LOST 60LBS OF BODYFAT AND GAINED 10-12LBS OF MUSCLE.

DIET- WE FOUND THAT A KETOGENIC DIET WORKS BEST FOR HER. KEEPING HER CARB INTAKE BELOW 100G A DAY WORKS BEST. SHE IS ABLE TO HAVE MORE ENERGY AND STAY IN KETOSIS. SHE STAYS ON FOR APRX 7 DAYS AND THEN TAKES 2 TO 3 DAYS OFF. THIS PATTERN HAS DOUBLED HER RATE OF FAT LOSS.(WE HAD A LITTLE TRIAL AND EROR IN THE BEGINING)

SUPPLIMENTS- THE ONLY SUPPLIMENTS SHE USES ARE PROTEIN POWDER(MIXED WITH SKIM MILK) AND THERMACORE(ONCE IN THE MORNING).

TRAINING-MONDAY;CHEST/SHOULDERS/TRIS
TUES;CARDIO 30MIN
WED;BACK/BI
THURS; 30MIN CARDIO
FRI;LEGS
SAT; CARDIO 30MIN
