Default abdominal fat in women

I saw one of my old ex-gf's the other day. She is a Korean/Italian mix to maybe shed some light. She just started working out recently doing only cardio. While 5'2", she has leg muscles of which most amateur female bb's would be envious. But while her legs are rock-hard and muscular, she has a really hard time with abdominal fat. I mean, I was shocked to see that she had a noticable gut while still having the same lower body definition. My theory is that maybe she has higher than normal testosterone levels which makes her store fat differently than the average woman?
Any ideas ladies? (Or you woman's board junky males )

Default WOULD THIS BE AN OPTION...???

Maybe some "topical" yohimbine HCL...I don't know what--if anything--she's on, so this may or not have any merit...

Is she doing any high intensity cardio??

Since my girlfriend has started lifting harder(and taking AS) I too noticed that her fat pattern has changed a little bit. I was actually about to ask this same question myself. It seems like she gained alot more fat on her midsection than her legs this past bulking cycle...

She is the typical media consumer...knows nothing about nutrition...thinks the best way to lose weight is by eating rice cakes. She has asthma and is afraid to push herself. She doesn't believe me when I tell her that she can build her lung capacity over time. I can run sub-six minute miles with not much preparation...like 3-4 weeks, and I have asthma too.

But the funny thing is, once I asked her what she would think if I took AS....her reply "Well you are smarter than me, so I'm sure you know what you are doing". Anyways...

What exactly will topical yohimbe do for her? I have a feeling that she is insulin resistant like her father. But she is only 24 so she is not a clinical diabetic.

I wouldn't doubt it if you know her sister....drop dead gorgeous...same unique somewhat-asian features but not quite...flawless fitness model body...5'5"...that's enough hints College Station....

If she is insulin resistant the first step to take is to deal with that.

things to add as supplement

cinnamon two or three OO gel caps full(a great source of elemental chromium)

alpha lipoic acid 300-600mg a day in three doses

topical yohimbine does work wonders depending on location + # of a2 receptors.

it may be that some ethnic groups among asian women have more a2 receptors in and around the waist. Just like some women have very high concentrations in the triceps. which is a rather odd, seeing someone who is very thin with very large and fat triceps.

peace

Isn't cinnamon a weak glucose disposal agent as well?
