geneticx Junior Member Join Date: Feb 2001 Posts: 3 Rep Power: 5782	GH usage When is it the best to use it? I use 2 Iu in the morning when I wake up and should I use 2 more before I work out or after I workout? And on the 100 IU needle it shows 5 line than a 10, 5 line than a 20. Could some explain what 10 is equal too (is it 2 iu of GH is up to the 10 iu line?) Also with Insulin the best times to use in relation to the GH along with what would be the best Carbs to eat. I Heard before a workout take half and then after the rest follinging carbs. Should I also use insulin in the morning. Please fill me in. Thanks [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif[/img]
