The only reason I'm asking this is because she's worked her way up to 10 pills a day. She really doesn't have really uncomfortable shakes yet. I expected her to be shaking like a leaf in a hurricane by now. I've also heard that over 140-160mcg is a waste? Any truth to that...

Usually I stay at 4/day. I tried 6 at one point but I decided I don't want to take that much. I'm worried that that much could physically hurt me. She should be careful with clen, from what I know it can stress out her whole system by keeping the blood pressure too high.

I worked my way from 2/day in the morning to 8/day (2 every 2 hours like she's doing) and I never really got shaky...I was kind of disappointed with the feeling that clen gave me (no buzz, no excessive sweating, no "my mind's going faster than my body") because I love my homemade E/C/A/Y stack...
But it worked quite nicely... [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] Gig 'em, B$... "Why, they ask?? Because there's nothing I fear more than being ordinary...!"

She started her clens back up today. Going to do only 8/day this time since she really doesn't feel a buzz anyway that much. Ripped fuel made her feel like she was going to explode though. She losing alot of fat though(and gaining muscle at the same time)so that's all I really care about. She's down to 13%BF and 167lbs from 17%BF and 170lbs...
