I can't say if I'm happy or not...15.5% isn't so bad for a girl, let alone that I haven't done cardio since SEPTEMBER!

What method did they use? I find they vary quite a bit. Last year I had it done several ways all around the same time. By underwater weighing I was 17.5%, by bioimpedence (electrical) bathroom type scales I was 25%, by bioimpedence (electrical) using 2 electrodes on each hand and foot I was 14%, and by calipers I was 22%. That is 11% variation between them. In any event I am not happy with being so damn tubby.

hey, can you post a pic of yourself that shows what 15% looks like. my GF is on elite, not yet here. im sure she would like to see an example becuase i know shed be too shy/embarresed to get her fat level tested even though she isnt overweight... also do you lift weights? if you dont want to post it here, you can even email it directly to her, but im sure the guys here would dig a pic too.

Yeah, I lift weights, though I'll be the first to admit that I slacked over the holidays. Have your gf email me if she wants the pic...i'd rather not post it till i have my afters [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]
Decaman seems to think that my bf is lower than that, and the accuracy of calipers is constantly argued, but 15.5 was a general idea of where I am and gives me a goal as to where I'd like to be. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img] |
