Default NEW CYCLE!!!!!

I started my new cycle on Jan 2----I have been on for 10 days....I am doing paperstrol(paper winny)-25 mg e.d., and EQ (Ganabol), 75 mg every 3 days...am doing it for a duration of 9 weeks....

I expect the winny to kick in at 3 weeks as it has previously, and seem to be feeling the EQ already a bit---appetite increasing, endurance up slightly----strength hasnt increased yet, but the weight I am moving seems to be moving easier....Weight gain of 1 lb. so far--from 140 to 141....Plan on totally cleaning up the diet now & lowering the bf---I am about 13.5%---

I will keep you posted on results as they come along...

You will get aggressive gradually and it will be very noticeable when you become irritated. Keep this in mind when you start to get angry, that it is the Eq talking. In two weeks you’ll have IG walking on egg shells Good luck with this cycle FC!!!

Default EQ

EQ is good for bridging. I went on it for 6 weeks after my Anavar cycle. EQ helped me keep my gains. I got a little stronger but 2 weeks after I came off of it my gains went down to where I finished the Anavar. Also, I got very aggressive on EQ.

-just wondering how the cycle was going? Right around the three week mark right? I am mulling over cycle number 2 and the paperstrol crossed my mind once or twice....

Default Started Winny Cycle

Ok I started the winny 25mg ED (this is my first cycle)..I am splitting the dose up 12.5mg in am and 12.5 in pm...

I am a little worried that this is a bit high for my first cycle b/c of all the posts on Elite w/in the last couple of days...What do yall think??

Is it too early to feel some sensitivity w/the clit?? I dont know if Im just being paranoid...

Shan-I think your dose is fine----I havent had any serious sides with winny & this is my 4th cycle---just keep an eye out---every person responds uniquely to a.s., especially women...

Anyway, update day 24-----this week has been great---an obvious increase in strength-on chest day I got 75 lb dmblls on flat bench for 1---(I was only able to do 70's for 1 3 weeks ago), and yesterday I trained legs---got 1100 lbs on the leg press for 6! back in October I was able to get 1000 for 2....that was the last time I attempted to go that heavy! Very vascular, hardening up, wt 144, about 12% bf now.....no sides.

Default Update, 2-8

Okay, I decided to discontinue the winny a few days ago----size was coming too quickly---up'd the eq to 100 mg every 3 days.....strength still going up, got 1200 lbs on the leg press for 6 last week, 75 lb dmblls on flat dmblls for 3 on saturday! ....awesome vascularity, bf down to 11% at 144.....feel good, should peak in time for the arnold expo! No sides, except some agression, hehe!

Way to go FC!!! I'm glad to see you back. It's great that your getting so much strength with almost no sides from the eq and I think you're really going to like it at 100mg E3D.

Default Impressive, indeed

Just wanted to say congrats on getting that much weight knocked out! 1200 pounds for 6 on legpress is impressive even for most men, much less for a woman. I give you my utmost respect. Awesome!

Just to clarify, all sleds are different and not the same at all. So your not really comparing apples to apples - unless you both happen to have the same model and such. Also feet placement is very key. The range of motion durng the lift also make a HUGE difference as well as where you adjust the back support.

Now don't get me wrong, that weight is impressive. And one can guage improvement quite well, no doubt about it.

So guess what FC.... try ONE legged presses, That fricking takes all the leverage out of it.
If you can do four plates, all the way to the bottom stops... THEN we'll talk....

And getting to big!!?!?!! Well, just be carful of them strech marks....

I hope she doesn't have a Body Masters 45 degree leg press and use a shoulder width foot placement with the seat up two notches then

winny, anadrol, dbol, and soon anavar are soaked into a porous paper and then you eat the paper. Like blotter LSD used to be, or so I've heard.

Default Update 2-22

Okay, I am on day 51 if I am correct...

wt 143, 10% bf.....looking very very hard & full----on a very low carb diet & having no problem holding muscle....strength is still holding well, actually increasing slightly....I will post pics in another 2 weeks or so when I am done with the cycle.....

As for the one legged presses, I think I will give them a try----these super heavy leg presses are starting to take a toll on my bones & joints---I took my dog to the park the other day & was running with her----I felt such trememdous pressure on my shins I was forced to stop.....So I will give em' a try!

And as for the paperstrol...wow....its awesome----was as effective as the inj's I was doing my last cycle, just that I wasnt using my ass as a pincushion! I highly recommend it if you can get it!
