I've done a couple bodyopus cycles.
One was for 8 weeks. That was too long in my opinion but my girlfriend and I lost alot of fat during that time. I've learned that 2 weeks at a time to break thru a dieting plateu worked best. I felt my body got used to ketosis and got effecient at working off of ketones. It can be hard sometimes but after the first few days it's cake. The carb ups are great though. Gallons of ultrafuel, frosted flakes and any other high glycemic foods I could get my hands on. My personal favorite was peanut butter and jelly rice cake sandwiches. I'd say give it a try for a week and find out if it's for you or not. Only you can tell for yourself... |
