ive only been using it for 3 days now and already my abs are substantially deeper. While i think YES would be a waste for those with high bodyfat, i think its probably the best supp to rid yourself of fat in those trouble areas (so long as your already somewhat lean). Results are seen immediatly when your sub 7%......two thums up for YES

well, I was going to order some but I guess since I'm 40% BF I shouldn't bother :( ..lol J/K. I've heard the same thing form some others. I'm stoked to give it a shot.

Not drinking and eating clean right now, so I am seeing remarkable changes each week.

depending on your body and if you are natty or not, I'd say you need at least 1/2 to 3/4 of a year to realistically get to sub 10%, especially if you want 8%. Expect to encounter many plateaus that you will have to go through on your journey. Don't let them discourage you or kick you off your diet. Keep on it.

That mindset will get you farther than any supplement.

As far as Yohimburn goes, I said "fuck it.. lets run this" when I was @ 14.5 to 15% and decided to purchase the YES. It worked OK for me, some results I'm sure, but nothing super drastic.

its not that you wont see results at a higher body fat, as im sure its probably burning just as much fat, its just the results are way more pronounced when your already pretty low. Kinda like winstrol....good for anyone, but great for those who are very lean. Since i already have very little fat on me, losing just a little bit will bring out definition more then if i was say 14%....

why are you afraid to get tested? i doubt your 16%, werent you on like 150mgs tren daily...i could eat an all krispy kreme diet on 150mg tren and stay below 16%....anywho, to see the earth shattering type results with YES i would say its best to be sub 10-11%

ETA: My avi is from today. I really want to shed my "love handles", I know it doesnt look much like it in the pic, but I do have them. Also my lower abs, when I sit, I do get little rolls

i use it 2-3 times daily, if im doing any kind of working out i apply it. Which is usually 2-3 times a day. I take only one full day off a week, and thats sunday, and i dont use it that day,.

you can use it before every training session, regardles of whether you do cardio. Though if you are cutting you should throw in at least 20 minutes of low to moderate cardio before or after lifting (before is reccomended as warm-up)

mon, wed, fri i do this

....morning cardio/cal session. Midday i lift for an hr followed by 30min cardio, and another light jog (15-20mins) in the evening

tues, thurs, and sat i do this.

....in the morning i lift calves, abs (and sometimes some extra hamstrings or anything i missed), then 30 mins cardio....midday i lift for an hr followed by 30 mins cardio, then another light jog in the evening

sundays---off

ordered mine today and am kicking myself for not getting it sooner... oh well. Good things come to those who wait, maybe - lol..


So this should work wonders for me when I get it.. I am @ 7% and just ned to get rid of some thigh action.

It can't get here soon enough :praying:

when i got shredded I used it near the end of my cutt 2x day ... am pre cardio / training and at night before bed :)

i've heard of people even using ceran (sp?!) wrap over it before bed to keep it on there. I didn't do that, i just let it dry and that was fine for me.

It helped me loose my horrid lower ab fat/water retention.. i have pics in the member section if you want to see, they are the one's from last summer.

Im going to disagree a bit... One SS is SO NOT natural lol

so that being said, I think most anyone with proper diet can see bf drop in the order of 1% per week. Personally, that is what Ive seen starting at circa 14% 4 weeks ago.

Im sure at some point that may stall, but 6-9 months for 8% bf loss? that seems much longer even if you have a hard time losing fat. Dunno just IMHO

As for YES, I hold virtually ALL of my bf in my stomach so even at circa 10% i dont even see a 4-pack, started the YES twice per day4-5 days per week, last week.

I LOVE Yes. But I'd never use it before bed cuz of the stimulant effect.

I must be an exception then b/c except for maybe the first month, I didn't drop 1.8 pounds of pure fat per week. Even in Tom Ventuo's book, which I hold in extremely high regard, he says shoot for 1 a pound loss per week, which won't be completely fat.

How are you measuring your bf%? If you are 10% and don't even see a 4 pack, the measurement system may be decieving you. I am an endo who stores most in the stomach as well, and I'm starting to see where my abs will show @ ~13%. I use the homedics bf scale on athlete setting to measure, which seems to be the closest I've ever seen to the pinch testers at the gym.

I just want to make it clear that I'm not knocking get's progress. I'm sure he is very hard working and has made great progress. I'm just skeptical of his bodyfat measuring method if it is telling him that he is losing 1% per week and he can't see a 4 pack at 10%.

He would have to have a sustained weight loss of 2.5-3 pounds per week to see that much of a change b/c your body will never just drop pure fat...Water is a factor.

The measurement is always an issue of course... But feel free to take a look at my threads in the competitors corner... I even made a thread specifically about my measurements... You can easily see I hold ALL of my fat in my trunk. Of course that is with a 13 site pinch test (of which I can only enter 7 into exrx)

I dont know where you get 2.5 to 3lbs per week though... at a starting weight of 200, 1% WEIGHT loss is only 2 lbs... let alone what 1% BF loss would be... Not 3 lbs...? I am just not sure where you are getting that from.

And in SS's case specifically, I believe he is around my weight, so same scenario.

Oh and I just want to mention that I dont take any offense to what you are saying at all... Im all about being realistic and feedback is always welcome. You can take a look at my pics too if you like.

this varies (as do peoples responses to stimulants). Some people can take before bed without issue. Though generally reccomend use before workouts/activity only. that being said, some people swear by the before bed application.
