Hey Everyone, I just registered and was referred by Bigsix and Humble. I have been dedicated to working out in the weightroom and playing sports since I was 13 years old and am a Veteran of the US Army. I am a Somoan with natural strength but have come here to educate myself and find new and interesting ways to vary my workouts and fitness/nutrition plans. I look forward to learning and hearing from everyone here.
