So I have tried it all from mixing food and shakes to going all shakes for the most cals I could get to just making sure i got 5000k cals and 300g of protein. I came to the conclusion after an insane breakthrough two summers ago that lean meat works best for me. I eat 2lb of beef, chicken, or fish a night. I also eat whatever else I want. I mean whole boxes of donuts, cookies, you name it i don't go above single digit. Thats not the point though. I can only eat so much meat and I started doing something really cause I didn't want to leave the house one Wednesday. The only food I was a dozen eggs with yokes, i love em and need all i can get, then the rest of the day I just had protein shakes which I dont' use unless I have to and I sipped on orange juice cause once again it was the only thing I had in the house and I know its a great source of dextrose. So I stick to the fact that real food will always beat shakes and supps. I don't use them at all 5-6 days a week. But every Wed now I eat eggs and just have mass tech whey protein adding up to 5000k cals and 300+ protein and sip on gatorade and or orange juice. I have put on 1.5lbs of lean mass and I hadn't been able to put any on in a long time. I haven't gone up a bit in BF, if anything less.

shut up you bugger!! I am jealous, if I looked at that food I would put on 5lbs fat
